Knowing who your surgeon is and their amount of experience is important. Dr. Haddad has been perfecting the art and science of vision correction since 1987.

At Laser Eye Institute we have 3 unique laser platforms enabling us to offer blade-free-LASIK and match each patient with the best suited laser technology. No other center has 3 different laser platforms and some centers use a laser at a different facility that is shared by many surgeons.

We are one of only two laser centers in Michigan to offer advanced SMILE laser vision correction.

Blade-Free-LASIK utilizes a laser instead of a blade. This method is safer and more comfortable for the patient. We include blade-free-LASIK with every procedure. Some centers charge an additional fee for this and others do not offer this technology at all.

We include two-years of follow up care standard with every treatment. Most centers offer 90-days to 1-year of follow up care and charge extra for additional follow up.

Dr. Haddad meets with every patient prior to their treatment. Some centers do not allow you to meet the surgeon until you have committed to having treatment, others rotate a surgeon across different states so you won’t meet your surgeon until you show up for treatment.

Dr. Haddad is a renowned expert on laser vision correction, he has lectured and trained fellow surgeons both stateside and overseas.

We’ve always believed in honest, up-front pricing. Many centers will lure you in with a too-good-to-be-true price and then sell you add-ons and extras. In the end these bait-and-switch centers have higher overall fees then us.

Most patients have some amount of astigmatism that requires correction. This is included in our transparent pricing. Many centers call this an add-on and have an additional fee.

Many LASIK centers that use bait-and-switch pricing only offer their $250 rate for patients with a very low correction, so low they typically don’t wear any glasses or contacts. They then charge an extra fee for a high-correction treatment.

We understand your time is valuable and offer consultations, as well as follow-up appointments on Saturdays.

We offer 24-month no-interest financing allowing you to pay for your procedure over time without paying any interest fees.
