Review your consent documents. You will sign them when you arrive for treatment.

Arrival times are provided 1-day prior to treatment. Someone must drive you to-and-from treatment (but does not have to stay).
Begin using your eye drops twice daily, up to three days before treatment.
Clean your upper and lower eyelids with a q-tip, using a mixture of 1oz warm water and 3 drops baby shampoo.
Stop using any mascara or eye makeup to reduce the chance of infection.
Wear comfortable lint-free clothing. Our laser rooms are a brisk 62 degrees. Fleece, wool, and jewelry are prohibited.
Do not apply any scented products, especially on your face. This includes lotions, perfume, body wash, face wash, and scented deodorant.
Do not use your eye drop medications the morning of treatment.

We understand things come up and you may need to change dates. 7-days’ notice is required to change your treatment date. Changes within 7-days are subject to a $200 change fee.
Should you need to cancel your treatment you will be refunded less any of the following non-refundable items: scheduling charge ($100), workup charge ($250), monovision contact lens trial charge ($250). Additionally, cancellations within 7-days are subject to a $200 cancellation charge.
We prefer a friend or family member drive you to-and-from treatment to review after-treatment instructions as well as assist you home (you will be sedated). Your driver may leave, and we will call them when you are ready to depart. Rideshares are permitted (but not recommended). Please inform us if you are using a rideshare and consider your safety since you will be sedated. Ride in the back seat after treatment.
